Today I cleaned and clean anxiously awaiting the arrival of our good friends The Mudds! We met the Mudds while living in germany and I spent a good portion of our first year there chit chatting in her living room. They are currently stationed in Alaska and are here for a week on vacation!
This visit was planned on short notice! I one day mentioned to MamaMudd that they should come visit us and 2 1/2 weeks later they were here!
We had such a good visit tonight. Enchiladas are always yummy but better when enjoyed with friends! The dads even had some beers and relaxed with a cigar on the patio! Their youngins (Q&Z) Played sooooo well with miss thing! They barely came out of the bedroom, and when it was time to clean up it took me, mamamudd, and all 3 munchkins! A time well had I suppose! :)
Thats the thing I love most about being a military wife! You make friends that are more like family! We talk every now and again but when you get together and see each other it doesnt matter how long its been you pick up where you left off! MamaMudd is a awesome friend! Shes always been there with a helping hand, for a ride to or from the airport, or just good food and relaxing! I feel very lucky im important enough that she chose to come visit me! We love the MUDDS!
IM HORRIBLE BTW NO PICS WERE TAKEN TONIGHT! I will make up for this boo boo by taking tons this week as we hang out.with some of our favorite people from spangdahlem!
Oh on a different note! I got my run in before our company got here! It felt a little easier but my legs are so sore this evening! I added one more lap from yesterday! Walked 3 ran 2 ! I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT!

Workout Wednesday
So today was pretty uneventful! Our usual hang out and clean while daddy's at work! My favorite part of my day is listening to miss thing talk! She has just exploded with this whole gigantic vocabulary! Its amazing! I truely believe there isn't one thing she says that I can't understand anymore! It's partly because she really does have an excellent vocabulary and also because I'm also excelling in toddler now! Lol! Sooo fun! My favorites that she says is curious george (we love him) but it comes out more like curdious dorge! Looooove it! another that she says happens everyday wgen daddy comes home for lunch! She immediately asks to chocolatemilk! However she is not asking for chocolate milk she just says it so fast thats how it sounds if you don't speak toddler! She's really asking to go checkthemail!
On a different note I decided to start running! I know the best way to lose weight is to do cardio! So we loaded up and went to the track! The hubs and munchkin played and rode her tricycle! While I tried my best to make it around the track w/o passing out! Running is NOT my thing, but im really gonna give it a go! Walked two ran two last night for my mile! Pretty good starting off I believe! I'll keep ya'll updated with how things go!

Really gonna do this thing......
it's about time that I really started to take advantage of blogging! What better way too keep track of all the exciting and not so exciting things we do on a regular basis! Update on LIFE
So I haven't updated since I started this thing!! Shame on me I know!!
Natalie is getting so stinkin' big!! She is almost 9 months old!!
She has 3 teeth w/ 3 more trying to come through!! She also started crawling yesterday!!
Its so crazy how fast they grow up!! She is eating EVERYTHING under the sun!! I guess thats why she weighs 21.2 pounds and is 28 3/4 inches!! Shes the best baby EVER!!
We recently went home to Ga for a 3 week visit! ! It was well worth the wait!! We had a good time showing off Natalie and visiting family and friends too!!!

A little bit about The Johnsons
We have been married since December of 2005!! So that makes it 3 years and going!! We have been together since January of 2003!! So all together its been a total of 6 AMAZING years!! We are a very happy family!! In November of 2008 we added a new addition to our family!! Miss Natalie Ryan!! She was 7lbs 15 oz and 21 inches at birth!! She is absolutely amazing!! Shes perfect in every way possible!! I gave birth to her in Bitburg, Germany!! We are a military family!! My husband joined the United States Air Force in October of 2007!! I love being a military wife!! I am very proud of him!! We are stationed in Spangdahlem, Germany as of right now!! We got here in May of 2008 and we are here till May of 2011!! We are enjoying our time in Europe but miss our families very much!! We have made some pretty awesome friends since we've been here!! I am very thankfull for them!!
